Your new role:
Are you a qualified, experienced SCRUM Master?

You will have the opportunity to drive & develop the product line of a new, growing SaaS business, with huge career growth opportunities. We provide a suite of sales & marketing technology solutions that enable flexible workspace operators and resellers to automate workflow and drive efficiency across transactions. You will be a core driver of the development lifecycle, implementing agile methodologies and will be a direct influencer of success.
What will keep you challenged:
  • Support international & interdisciplinary teams leading, planning & improving Sprints
  • Implementing and constantly improving our Agile development processes
  • Definition, refinement & tracking of software development KPI’s
  • Identify & solve impediments to consistently deliver on product improvement requirements
  • Agile coaching, team organisation & facilitation
Which skills/traits contribute to your success?
  • Qualified SCRUM Master (or equivalent) with some experience in a SCRUM Master or Product Owner role
  • Experience working as part of agile teams in technical environments
  • Planning & leading sprint processes
  • Background of creating great software products
  • Proactive, supportive, motivational, organised & solution-oriented are key skills for you
  • Excellent communication skills in English
Please note that we are looking for support in our London office. Eligibility to work within the UK is required as well.
