As a Revenue Operations Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with our global Teams to define and align key business objectives and strategies to drive revenue and growth. You will be the key link to unlocking potential business opportunities and enable the sales team to spend more time with their customers in the B2B flexspace industry. 
What will keep you challenged:
  • Laying the foundations for processes aimed at optimising sales and marketing efforts
  • Strategically advising the Heads of Sales and Marketing managers using business intelligence and key sales and campaign insights
  • Actively identifying potential data gaps needed for Valve’s global commercial teams to make more informed decisions
  • Identifying key user values and cases to improve campaign performance and enhance lead generation tactics 
  • Supporting marketing and sales efforts through automation and implementing tools to advance lead allocation and company growth
  • Building our sales insights HQ through maintaining our CRM (Salesforce) - ensuring that data is clean, accurate and actionable
Which skills/traits contribute to your success?
  • Several years experience in a Sales and/or Marketing Operations or Business Intelligence/Data Science function ideally in SaaS or Service Sales startup/scale-up 
  • Experience partnering closely with Marketing, Sales and Leadership Teams with a good understanding of how commercial organisations are run
  • Excellent analytical skills with a high proficiency in working with data, manipulating it and communicating findings with the team 
  • Good command of gaining user insights and extracting quantitative and qualitative data from different BI, Sales and Marketing Tools (e.g. Salesforce, Outreach, Sales Loft, Husbpost, and Gong)
  • Strong project management skills with the ability thrive in a fast-paced and high growth environment without losing sight of business priorities and key objectives
  • A self-starter with excellent organisational skills who’s adept in fostering harmony in across the commercial organisation 
  • Great communication skills with the ability to convince and create sense of urgency 
  • Passionate about scaling businesses and bringing high impact through data and problem solving
Please note that we’re looking for support in our LONDON office. Eligibility to work in the UK is required.
