Your new role:

You will have the opportunity to hone your skills by working with both flexible workspace operators and traditional real estate brokers; expanding accounts with Valve’s suite of sales & marketing technology solutions. We provide a range of SaaS solutions that enable flexible workspace operators to both automate workflows and maximise sales & marketing distribution to resellers. You will be a key asset to Valve’s early go-to-market efforts. You’ll be part of the company leadership team by leading the Product Management team.
What will keep you challenged:
  • Lead and structure the organisation and recruiting for the Product Management team
  • Implementing processes, engagement / performance measurements and setting up internal tooling
  • Taking product requests from within the business and frequent interaction with customers to validate prototypes
  • Reviewing UX / UI designs and prototypes for planned development 
  • Grooming backlog and aligning with the VP Engineering for sprint planning
  • Preparing internal and external release collateral and presentations for upcoming features
  • Confirming product QA and green lighting the shipping to production
  • Market research and trend discovery for strategic product directions and ideas for 3 key ares: supply, demand and software services
Which skills/traits contribute to your success?
  • 2 + years professional experience in Product Management leadership role 
  • Strong knowledge and practical experience with Figma, JIRA, Scrum, Agile / Kanban methodologies and tools
  • A logical, curious and visionary mindset while being kind and courteous
  • Ideally, a desire to build your public facing profile with reference to industry leadership and public speaking
  •  Industry experience in a SaaS Startup or Scaleup environment is beneficial
  • Confident and effective communicator in English
Please note that we are looking for support in our London office. Eligibility to work within the UK is required as well.
